Recycling Center

The new Westminster Sustainability Center exclusively serves Westminster residents for single-stream recycling, while hard-to-recycle services remain available for all. The facility promotes safe recycling practices, provides educational opportunities for local schools, and replaces previous drop-off sites with improved safety and accessibility. Open Monday to Saturday, it aims to enhance community engagement in sustainability.

Starting this spring, Westminster will simplify recycling with a new one-stop-drop sustainability center at 6020 West 91st Avenue, accessible to most residents. Partnering with SustainAbility Recycling, the facility will accept various recyclables, including hard-to-recycle items, and promote community engagement through educational programs.
