Westy Fest kicked off the fall season at City Park with several improvements and additions, including a second stage for live music, optimized layout, and more. Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy live music, carnival games, a State of the City address from Mayor Claire Carmelia, and of course the famous hot air balloon glow.
