HOPE on the Green: Legacy Ridge Hosts Veterans Golf Program
The no-cost program welcomes those of all ages, branches of service, and golf abilities to develop their game and enjoy time amongst new friends in their community. Westminster’s inaugural PGA HOPE program was hosted by Legacy Ridge Golf Course this summer, where participants received six weeks of instruction from PGA HOPE Certified Instructor Visanu Tongwarin, also known as “Coach V”.
Golf Westminster Completes Renovations at Legacy Ridge and Walnut Creek
Following a multi-year renovation project, Golf Westminster is excited to welcome back golfers to a new and improved Walnut Creek and Legacy Ridge. The renovations at both courses focused primarily on replacing aging irrigation systems with newer technology that will make maintenance more efficient and sustainable, all while improving playability.

Walnut Creek Golf Preserve Recognized for Environmental Excellence
For 20 years, the golf course has maintained certification as an Audubon Signature Sanctuary by Audubon International. The honor recognizes the golf course’s efforts to protect and conserve the natural landscape of the course at 10555 Westmoor Drive, in addition to prioritizing water conservation, wildlife habitat management, outreach, and education.
