Over 60 vendors competed for the title of Top Taco in Colorado on Thursday, June 25, at the newly opened Aerostat Park in Downtown Westminster. The event featured mouth-watering street tacos, multiple stages of live music, lucha libre wrestling, and unlimited food and drink samples from local restaurants.
