Ed and Kyle Knudson, father and son co-owners of @barquentinebrewingco in Edgewater, are planning to open a second location in Westminster’s historic Rodeo Market building (3915 W. 73rd Ave.) in 2026. “The Barque,” named after the three-masted sailing ship used for the transportation of goods in the 18th Century, will offer craft beer, a unique food option known as bierocks, and is a place the Kundsons hope will bring the Westminster community together.
