The annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony at Westminster City Hall took place Saturday, December 2, 2023. The event featured holiday music, food vendors, and visits with Santa. The event was sponsored by Intermountain Health and performers included:
- Westminster High School Sirens, directed by Hannah Judson
- Sherrelwood Elementary School, directed by Danielle Loya
- Doral Academy Choir and Dance Squad, directed by Robin Hoch and Emily Hoch
- Westminster Dance and Baton Company, directed by Mackenzie Derrick and Anna Dolan
- Mountain Range High School Chamber Choir, directed by Paul Griggsby
